• Medical dermatology: This branch of dermatology involves diagnosing and treating all conditions affecting skin, hair, and nails.  
• Cosmetic dermatology: Provides solutions to aesthetic concerns such as wrinkles, facial volume loss, dark spots, and skin laxity.
• Mohs surgery: Mohs surgery has the highest cure rate in treating skin cancer, up to 99%. Dr. Downing is board certified and fellowship trained in Mohs surgery.
